Seattle Spotless Janitorial is directed by our Founder, Danh (Dan) Tran. At a young age, Danh would spend time with his dad providing janitorial services around the Puget Sound area. From learning the ropes at a young age, Danh understands the customer's needs within the job scope and the importance of meeting the expectations required. With this knowledge, he has made the move to open his own company and exceeds his dad's footsteps. Before making the executive decision to start his own business, Danh was a General Manger for multiple  hotel chains which include Hilton and Marriott. With his knowledge in both industries, he decided to open his own company in 2009. By managing hotels by day and working with one other employee by night, his company has grown to service not only commercial offices, but major brands in retail, health clubs, and restaurants as well as growth in his team. With his enthusiasm, ambition,  and excellent customer service skills combined with his vision, Seattle Spotless Janitorial continues to grow.

As an Account Manager, Jennifer oversees and communicates with clients. She provides resolutions to client needs and ensures quality results. Jennifer's experience in hospitality and the medical field provides strong customer service interactions. She has a major in Health Care Administration and has experience working with Hilton Hotels as well as the pharmaceutical industry. Jennifer also grew up being involved in the janitorial services at a young age working alongside her parents after school. With this knowledge, she understands the importance of meeting customer's needs in cleanliness, and she expects high quality out of the services our company provides. Jennifer’s delightful personality shows in her highly valued experience in customer service. Her willingness to complete the administrative operations keeps Seattle Spotless growing. 

Rose is a University Washington graduate with a bachelors degree in Sociology and currently an employee at Amazon corporate. She has a combination of 5+ years of professional customer service experience and 3+ years of Human Resources experience. Combining her knowledge from school and working at a large corporate company, Rose always insists on the highest standards when it comes to delivering positive customer experiences. With her skill sets focused on recruiting and Employee Relations at Amazon, Rose will be overseeing the hiring process, Employee Relations escalations, and monitoring State laws and trends in the Labor industry to best support Seattle Spotless Janitorial’s employees. Outside of Rose’s HR experience, she also had experience working at daycare centers and a hotel as a receptionist adding to her knowledge and experience in hospitality, and understanding the importance of janitorial services. Rose’s ambition to help internal employees and external customers will be a great benefit to Seattle Spotless Janitorial as it continues to grow. 

Sergio joined Seattle Spotless Janitorial in August 2017 as a cleaning technician. Within two years of working directly with Danh, Sergio has gained cleaning experience and knowledge in all aspects of the cleaning industry. 

In 2020 Sergio was promoted to Field Supervisor. Sergio works directly with the staff on a day to day basis and provides training and coaching as needed.

Prior to joining our company, Sergio worked for a nation-wide restaurant chain as a cook for 17 years. Sergio enjoys cooking and watching movies in his spare time.
